We are delighted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience with the dry river bed installation by Ken and Cathy with C&B Property Maintenance, for water protection around our home. The transformation has not only exceeded our expectations but has also proven to help in safeguarding my property against water-related issues. The consultation phase was informative and collaborative, with Ken and Cathy taking the time to understand the unique challenges of our property. The dry river bed has proven to be highly effective in redirecting water flow during heavy rainfall, preventing erosion, and protecting vulnerable areas of our property. Their communication throughout the project was clear and transparent, keeping us informed of progress and ensuring that any questions or concerns were promptly addressed.

C&B Property Maintenance did a great job trimming back some overgrown trees along our fence. They were quick, professional and they cleaned the area well!

Quick review: Cathy and Ken were incredible and I would 10 out of 10 recommend them again! In depth review: My partner and I purchased our home in Bristol, CT in June 2023. In mid-July of 2023 our 2-car garage fully flooded by about 4 inches of water due to a unprecedentedly heavy flash flooding and rains. At the time, the only thing prevent water from flowing into our garage, and first story of our home, was a very old and literally crumbling 2ftx2ft dry basin. We called C&B Property Management a few weeks later. Once we reached out they immediately answered our calls, scheduled an assessment, answered every last one of our questions and were promptly on the job! Additionally, their prices were comprable to other property management companies in our area. Since having our new recharge system installed we have had 2 major storms, one of which, on Sept. 13, caused wide spread flooding, street closures and property damage throughout Bristol. The new system they installed looked very dicey initially (see attached photo) which tested my trust. However, I had no need to fear since it held the water back beautifully and kept it away from the garage even as a river was flowing down our street! After about an hour of flash flooding, the rain calmed down a bit and the recharge system worked its magic. Within 10 minutes every last drop of water was drained out and away from our home (see second attached photo). I am truly grateful for their hard work, compassion, kindness and expertise when handling our situation. Without them our garage, and potentially our first floor, would have kept flooding.
